BIOK LAB, the largest cosmetics manufacturer in Lithuania, announces changes to its executive team: Linas Čereška is returning to the company as Chief Operating Officer (COO), where he will be responsible for improving the efficiency of factory operations and the supply chain. Linas Čereška previously served as BIOK LAB’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for nine years. During his leadership, the company experienced rapid growth, strengthened its leadership position in the Lithuanian market, entered a new category with the Ecodenta brand, and expanded its manufacturing capacities to meet the growing export potential. In recent years, Linas has led and advised various organizations at a strategic level and is also a board member of several companies. His key responsibilities will include optimizing the entire supply chain, ensuring operational continuity, and increasing speed, thereby contributing to the company’s ambitious growth objectives. “BIOK LAB has always been and remains very close to my heart - I feel like I’ve come home. I am pleased to have the opportunity to join the team at a new stage and continue the work of building a Lithuanian business success story,” says L.
